Our family had a great time at your condo at Windsor Palms. We wanted to write to thank you for letting us
stay at your beautiful place. The Disney themed bedrooms were awesome and the kids really enjoyed that.
We were able to have some family time dinners at the condo and appreciate all of the space we had. What a
great bargain and the pool and clubhouse area was wonderful also.

| Windsor Palms Resort and Legacy Dunes Resort |
Our family of five stayed at Windsor Palms in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This place was brand new and
spotless. The top floor was peaceful and quiet. My three boys loved playing basketball on the fenced-in court
outside the swimming pool. The swimming pool was nice and big and never crowded. There were plenty of
kids to play with - my kids liked this alot.
Windsor Palms had a movie theater where the kids watched movies - all free with cost of the condo unit. The
condo had a screened balcony which was perfect for morning coffee. Each of the bedrooms had nice firm
top-quality mattresses. The master had a king size with the second bedroom featuring a queen size with the
third featuring twin beds.

We prefer the condo over the two story town home model also in Windsor Palms because it cost less and the
town home has the third bedroom on the first floor off of the kitchen - none of my kids wanted to sleep on the
first floor. So on our first trip 2 years ago the town home was kind of a waste.
This condo was very reasonably priced. In fact, it was the best price of all of the condos for the week. This
was a great, easy, relaxing trip with no surprises.

We stayed at a Windsor Palms condo for a week and loved it! As others have said, it is very close to Disney.
Very close to everything you need on the Highway 192 strip. The resort had a wonderful pool and hot tub.
We also spent a few days hanging at the clubhouse. Very nice clubhouse and pool area. The sundry shop
was well stocked with items if needed. We will never do hotels again!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo at Windsor Palms for a week in mid November. This is a great resort and I
would highly recommend it. The large pool is heated, which is great for swimming at night and cooler days.
The grounds and all the facilities were well kept and maintained. Our condo was large and clean. We had a
ground floor condo which worked out well since they have no elevators at the resort at all. We stayed close
to the pool but none of the houses, townhouses or condos are very far away from the clubhouse.
It is a very short drive to all the Disney attractions. I rented directly from an owner but everyone I spoke to at
the resort seemed very pleased with their accommodations. I would stay here again!

Our family had an amazing time while staying in your rental at Legacy Dunes. The place was very clean and
the design was very comforting. We felt right at home. Seeing the pool from the balcony was perfect. Our two
boys especially enjoyed the pool and overcame any fear of water and learned to swim there. We spent 3

I am writing to you to tell you how thrilled we are with our condo at Legacy Dunes Resort. It is beautifully
decorated, spacious, immaculate, and most importantly super-close to Disney, good restaurants and
shopping. As a mommy to two toddlers, my favorite part is being able to do laundry everyday HAHA! My
husband, who is a workaholic (even on vacation), was most excited about the free high-speed internet! I don't
know why anyone would pay rack rates to stay in a hotel if they can stay here. It is very comfortable and
feels like home. I will definitely recommend your condo to all my family, friends and business clients. Next
time we are in town, we would like to stay at one of your condos again. Thanks!
